 Pull up following revision(s) (requested by chs in ticket #935):
 	sbin/newfs/mkfs.c: revision 1.92
 don't set fs_maxsymlinklen and fs_old_inodefmt twice,
 we set them correctly the first time.  fixes PR 26995.
