The Au1500 and Au1550 processors have onboard PCI.  Support for this bus is really needed in order to do a lot of things with these parts, and the lack of it is a big omission in the product support.

I'm not ready to submit diffs yet, as I want to get my other changes committed first.  But I have got something coded that works.  (It needs clean ups before I submit it, anyway.)
