- can you provide a raw dump?   ie. tcpdump -s9999 -wsomefile
- where can i find "a spurious VOP_READDIR"?
- why do you think it's a "UVM problem"?
- can you confirm if the problem can happen with new userland?
  ie. if it's a COMPAT_xxx problem?
