>Description:
anon faults in kernel_map (eg. uvm_io) don't work because
we can't allocate anons with kernel_map locked these days.
>How-To-Repeat:
code inspection.
>Fix:
one of the followings?
- allocate an anon before locking the map.
- drop the lock and re-lock.
- use a dedicated submap for uvm_io.
- use a submap for anons.
