Synopsis: Add mods to lpr/lpd/printjob.c to pass filename to filter

Looking at the FreeBSD PR for this (49023), I see that it will change the
arguments handed to filters, which could break existing lpr filters.  I agree
with the findings in the FreeBSD PR that as-submitted this patch is not safe
to apply to lpr.  Could you please find some other way to do this and
submit a new patch?
