 The default input of green05 is just DAC output.  So you need to
 do "mixerctl -w outputs.green06.source=mix0e", and outputs.sel1d
 should be the volume of CD.
 
 Anyway, I will close the PR.  The behavior of Kmixer and xmix is
 another problem.
