 in wskbdmap_mfii.c.

 I would like to have some tool in-tree that could convert a userland mapping
 (from /usr/share/wscons/keymaps) into a kernel version - so we'd only provide
 the userland mappings and users could create their own kernel version
 easily.
 
 Having to specify all mappings twice is no good idea in the long term.
