That's OK; you're not helpful either, seeing that you constantly
refuse to try things that are suggested, claiming that the suggestions
are irrelevant to the problem. If you're so smart, why don't you fix
it yourself instead of asking for help?

Over three weeks ago, I suggested that perhaps your PAM configuration
was messed up, and that you should check your configuration
<http://mail-index.netbsd.org/netbsd-bugs/2006/02/24/0015.html>. If
you were interested in solving the problem, you would have done so, or
posted your PAM configuration for us to look at. However, even now,
you maintain that you "... don't see how that is relevant." Yet, after
you finally deign to post your configuration, it's obvious that PAM is
_exactly_ where your problem is. If you had been willing to listen to
my suggestions instead of being Mr. Know-it-all, you would've had this
problem fixed weeks ago.

I don't get why some people ask for tech support, then refuse to
believe the problem could be any of the things that are suggested.
