 Yes, that's normal considering how the vnd(4) driver is organised.
 
 The message is harmless, though, it just means a device is created on
 open(), and destroyed on the following close().
 
 It's a trade-off to keep binary compatibility;  I plan to change it
 later, but it has to be done carefully.
