long telldir(const DIR *);
POSIX does not require the const.
2/ <iconv.h> defines
size_t iconv(iconv_t, const char ** __restrict,
size_t * __restrict, char ** __restrict,
size_t * __restrict);
POSIX does not require the const on the second argument.
