>Description:
Booting a -current GENERIC kernel on my Powerbook G4 12" (1.0GHz) hangs with the following message after the kernel boots:
start=0x100000
_
The same copy of ofwboot.xcf (built from -current sources) can boot a 3.0 GENERIC kernel just fine. The problem looks similar to the following:
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/port-macppc/2002/05/14/0000.html
I tried the following patch to ofw_boot.S, but had no success:

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to boot a -current GENERIC kernel on a Powerbook G4 12" 1.0GHz.

Unknown.
