 Updated per Nick Hudson's request.  The sources of the netinstall.lif images I used are the daily builds available via releng.netbsd.org.  The latest one I referred to in this PR would have been the build 200606080000Z.
 
 I had a look on the site today and noticed a new build was available (200606130000Z) and the resultant file was slightly larger in size.  I retried again, same results.
 
 Something else which might be of help in tracking this down: some time in late April or early May, I noticed a change.  When booting, the memory statistics were printed prior to the panic.  That hadn't happened with the March versions.  The second email I referenced (from another user) above also shows this trait.  There's since been an apparent reversion, as the latest files panic identically to those in March, there's no output of the memory statistics before a crash.
