 Oops, cutting/pasting a bit sloppily (it's late over here).
 Considering it is printargv and not echo, the relevant bits would be
 
      sh -c 'foo() { printargv "Testing ${@} fnord"; }; foo a b'
 
     argv[1] = -Testing a fnord-
     argv[2] = -Testing b fnord-
