 Unfortunately, due to impossibility to access real system I can't
 strongly test this anymore. But last time I've checked new IPFilter
 from 3.0 it worked nice.
 
 So please close this PR and remove the barrier for NetBSD 4 branching.
 If it would be needed I'll open yet another PR.
