I would like to state that my FMLI/ETI manual states:
void timeout(int delay);
void wtimeout(WINDOW *win, int delay);
it states that if delay is negative, the read is blocking, positive,
nonblocking. for 0, it is a non-blocking read.
No mention of length, but given that it is an int, I would say having it be a
char is wrong.
