I've changed the build so that named is no longer built with libpthread on
sparc and sparc64 (see src/usr.sbin/bind/Makefile.inc). The change has
also been pulled up into the 3.0.*, 3.* and 4.* branches, so that the next
releases will not have this problem.
This is only a workaround until the real problem is fixed. When that
happens, my change can be reverted.
