 I wonder why this PR hasn't been closed yet. The patch was
 applied roughly a year ago:
 
 cvs diff -u -r1.83 -r1.84 sys/kern/uipc_usrreq.c
 
 I can also confirm that bind() respects the umask for unix
 domain sockets.
