Hi Geert,

I'm beginning to feel stupid. Over the last 3 days I have tested
this "final" userland patch on the 3_Stable/3_RC3 branch on a virtual
machine and came to the conclusion that it is not needed at all!?!?

I went ahead and rolled a clean rebuild of the 3_Stable/3_RC3 branch
onto my production machine.

This now works fine. I do not know where my previous error got in.
I did rebuild from clean (removed /src/obj and /src/tools) this
time. That's the only difference.

I would suggest *not* making this pullup at this time.

I am still testing the 4_Stable and Current branches.
- I am seeing an error (different error) in the 4_Stable branch...
I don't think it is effected by the userland patch btw...
- I am unable to compile Current right now...
Some include file in /usr/games is messed up...

Thanks,
gene
