Synopsis: Flaws in German sysinst messages

State-Changed-Why:
Since several (good at spelling, unlike me) people I asked were not sure,
I asked a real expert. Mrs. Rick, head teacher at the Institute for Dyslexia,
Lage, Germany, told me there is no formal rule for this case, but she
would prefer the hyphen-less version.
When we find time it probably would be best to reformulate the messages to
avoid these phrases (or their steady repetition), but given the space (screen
estate) constraints, this is not a particular easy task.
For now I'll leave things as they are.
