Per discussion with port-pmax portmeister simonb, remove reference to
Ultrix gunzip: anyone now who wants to play with a pmax will probably
not have ultrix disks, or enough clue to get gunzip if they really
need it (remember: Ultrix comes with a C compiler! :-)

With this, the drawbacks of the existing pmax install docs should be
fixed. If there are new/other issues, please report in a new PR.
