The links CHANGES and CHANGES-3.0 under the heading of "Major Changes Between 2.0 and 3.0" on http://www.netbsd.org/Releases/formal-3/NetBSD-3.0.html return FTP 550 errors. 

Also, I thought there used to be a GNATS category for www or site problems or something to that effect, but couldn't find it in the list. Please let me know if there is another prefered method for reporting site problems.

Click the links mentioned, recieve 550.

In the address ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-3.0/CHANGES, the 3.0 should be changed to 3.1. (Also, there is no link to the CHANGES-3.1 file also in that directory)
