Synopsis: Devices driver for aac RAID controller is not 64 bit clean

aacreg.h revision 1.7 and aac.c revision 1.31 compile and boot on
amd64 and provide read/write functionality.  The driver has not
been stressed, though.  (tested on a Dell CERC SATA controller)
