incomplete. The manual say:
-l <pass|block|nomatch>
The usage of ipf:
usage: ipf [-6AdDEInoPrRsvVyzZ] [-l block|pass|nomatch|state|nat] [-cc] [-F i|o|a|s|S|u] [-f filename] [-T <tuneopts>]
"state" and "nat" are missing ...
