 I haven't seen this in a while (I've gone through several more recent
 incarnations of -current since that PR), but I'll upgrade again and see
 if I notice it.  Unfortunately, I don't know what actions are needed to
 trigger this.  (But it seemed to relate to the system load, so I'll try
 doing some pkgsrc builds and such.)
