>Description:
Hello guys :]
I am curious if there is any official way, how to
make a Czech "hook" key working under NetBSD.
Czech people need this "double press" to write 'd','t','n'
with the "hook".
There is also problem to write a capital 'U' with circle
(it can be written as a small 'u' with a circle,
but only with CAPS LOCK turned on
... and that's a little bit stupid way).
It works well under FreeBSD and OpenBSD.
I read something, that there is no support in
the NetBSD kernel for this key combinations.
Could You please advice me a little?
I am not familiar with a searching in forums.
Thanks,
Jaromir.
>How-To-Repeat:
Set XkbLayout to cz_qwerty, then press:
1.) [Shift] + [Hook], then [d] ... it should write 'd' with a hook, but in some
applications it writes only normal 'd' and in some other applications two
characters '=d'.
the same is for all other letters with a hook ... 'zscrdtneZSCRDTNE'
2.) [Shift] + [circle/degree], then [u] or [U] ... it should write 'u' resp.
'U' with a hook, but it writes nothing.
