Yes, the solution is to bump libstdc++ *and* list -lpthread as a dependency
so that this does not happen again.
i'm not convinced this is good or correct. pthread shouldn't
get dragged into all c++ apps on netbsd.
pthread_mutex_t type changed. can't we just pad that to the
right size again?
