        NetBSD's libcurses is missing a number of functions that SUS defines:

        termname ripoffline wsyncup syncok wcursyncup wsyncdown slk_* immedok

        are the ones I know of.

        Try compiling curses bindings for lua.

        Well, obviously the use of those functions is really not widespread,
