>Description:
In NetBSD/hpcmips 5.0RC3 using a CF card for boot and root, the CF card does
not attach until very late in the boot process. This can be detected using the
install kernel with RAMdisk; the CF card does not attach until sysinst has
started. Installation progresses fine, but attempting to boot the installed
GENERIC kernel will fail upon trying to mount the root device since it does not
exist, leaving you with an unknown boot device and choices of "ddb halt reboot"
for the root.
