which loops forever

A similar procedure happened when booting a custom kernel built with build.sh, 
only the above happened with all three extra CPUs and hung on the last one it 
tested (which happend to be CPU2), but did not loop infinitely. The kernel, 
userlan, and tools for 5.0 all built fine under the above environment.

>How-To-Repeat:
1)
pull the src directory from NetBSD-5.0-RELEASE from the cvs server
with build.sh, build the tools, custom kernel, and userlan
boot custom kernel

2)
Download 
ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-5.0/alpha/binary/kernel/netbsd-GENERIC.MP.gz
gunzip and cp to /
reboot
>Fix:
I would like to think the alpha port is not quickly becoming a "second tier" 
platform in terms of support under NetBSD.
