Xhpc crashes after 64bit time_t merging.

It is necessary that hpcKeyboard uses new ioctl. 

this occures not only hpcmips, but also hpcsh, hpcarm.
In addition, some Xserver based on wsconsole will be the same  (ex, 
Xdreamacast) .


>How-To-Repeat:
run Xserver on hpcmips current,
and move mouse/pointer or touch-screen.

This is for Xhpc.
