The status looks as though it ought to have come from
usr.sbin/altq/altqstat/qdisc_cbq.c, but all versions of that give different
output to that shown.
Possibly that is due to other changes since 1.6!
If these problems still occurr, some diagnostics probably need adding
to the kernel to determine where the errounous value comes from.
All the values added to cl_xmit_cnt come from the mbuf m_pktlen field.
In any case quite possibly fixed somewhere in the last 6 years.
