I wanted to use the discipline ALTQ_JOBS but discovered that the
/dev/altq no device jobs.
Tried to create a MAKEDEV all. The device was not created. The kernel was
compiled with support ALTQ_JOBS.
>How-To-Repeat:
Compile kernel with ALTQ and ALTQ_JOBS options and try to use jobs discipline.
Try to build /dev/altq/jobs device
