Thanks for writing and maintaing netpgp!

In the process of packaging it for Debian, a Debian development tool
came up with a warning about lots of hyphens used as minus signs.
Turns out that some versions of groff, when rendering manual pages,
will turn a "-" character into a long hyphen, making the manual page
output unsuitable for e.g. copying and pasting onto a shell command line.
The attached patch escapes some of the hyphens just to make sure that
they are not mangled.

Of course, it would be perfectly understandable if the NetBSD community
decides that this is only a problem for OS's that use the weird versions
of groff (for the record, Debian's groff is patched to not do that, but
other systems are not), in which case this will remain a local patch to
the Debian port of netpgp.
