Since revision 1.16 xargs.c supports -r flag for compatibility with
GNU's xargs but it is not documented. Maybe documentation for other
flags needs to be checked too.

As big portion of xargs was imported from FreeBSD it might make sense
to get updates for xargs.1 from them too.
