When I said that -A always enabled for root user violates POSIX
I made a mistake. Sorry for noise.
Implementation-defined "condition" are explicitely allowed.
Filenames beginning with a <period> ( '.' ) and any associated
information shall not
be written out unless explicitly referenced, the -A or -a option is
supplied, or an
implementation-defined condition causes them to be written.
I think it is useless but if it exists since 1979...
