This appears to be a problem I fixed in agp_i810.c 1.113, last August a few days after you submitted the PR.
I have tested the latest AMD64 NetBSD7.0_BETAfrom 1st March 2015 and it fixes the problem. X starts up without any issues and glxgears ran OK. The latest AMD64 snapshot of NetBSD current also works fine and light testing of X has not revealed any problems so far. Will do some more rigorous testing when some packages have built.
