port-amd64/51276: when i try to download something, there will be a file in its folder showable by "ls" but when i do a operation on it (rm,cp,mv,dd,ls on itself sometimes) these commands say its not there

i had this problem on RPI2 and amd64, i am unable to do uname now, sorry

its just was not there. all can i discript is that i said on one-line summary. problem was with commands ftp, links , lynx , aria2c. files were damn small linux 4.4.10 iso and gentoo linux minimal installation image. most interesting is oroblem sometimes apply and sometimes dont, 6th time i tried to download DSL it was there , but right after that it applied on gentoo linux image when i downloaded it by my RPI.

download that files and see if they are there, may be it doesnt affect you...
