Attempting to boot an amd64 uefi-install.img on a white 13" MacBook (late 2009) MacBook6,1 results in a panic with graphics corruption and non functioning keyboard.

The graphics corruption made some characters unreadable and so I've used dollar sign instead, in the paragraph above.
It's possible to boot the non UEFI install image on the macbook, using the reEFIt with ACPI and SMP disabled. dmesg can be found here:
