Turns out these values for superblocks were wrong. I checked the correct values from my new build but and fsck_ffs could now detect a superblock at the new location. But, I still couldn't recover the drive. It wasn't able to write many blocks.
Meanwhile, this seems to be a cross build problem. Here are two more screenshots for the new build:

As you can see, it still has the same problem. But sysinst works. So, I tried installing NetBSD on a new raw disk image and it succeeded. But, upon subsequent
reboot, it showed me an error that the file system is read-only. I was not able to create new files. Turns out, if there weren't other errors present on my desktop and laptop, I might have crippled my ssd or hard disk as well. Next, I will download one of the daily builds and see if that works.
