The IP address 1.1.1.1 now resolves to
1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com.

This breaks the usr.bin/shmif_dumpbus/t_basic:pcap
test. It would be easy to fix if tcpdump had an
option like "-n" that only would apply to DNS lookups,
that is: do not resolve IP addresses, but still look
up protocols.

Otherwise the "golden output" has to be recreated.
