The NetBSD/pmax install is failing on the TNF testbed as well as my
own (both gxemul based) since this commit:

  2021.10.08.07.17.32 skrll src/sys/uvm/pmap/pmap_tlb.c 1.47

The error occurs during the extraction of the base.tgz set:
