Another nvme-killer job seems to be building either lang/llvm or
lang/rust from pkgsrc, with MAKE_JOBS=12. Setting MAKE_JOBS_SAFE=no
for these packages allows them to run to completion.
This is on a not-too-old machine, with decent (but no longer great)
CPU and _lots_ of RAM:
