Hi,
There must have been a fluke in the set packaging. The HEAD-LLVM tree sems to have been cleared for everything except 820 and 828, and whether it was for space reasons or not, the AMD64 contents of the 8/24 folder seems to have been corrupt regardless, and weirdly in this only place. I downloaded the 820 tarballs, and everything works now.

add %al,(%rax) is the instruction "00 00". Seeing a bunch of those in
repeating sequence suggests the binary wasn't even properly loaded into
memory or at best is very corrupt on disk.
