 ld: Enable --copy-dt-needed-entries by default again
 
 Otherwise, terminfo(3) symbols referenced from curses(3)-based applications
 are not resolved, unless -lterminfo is explicitly specified.

 We had locally enabled this by default:

 But this was lost during 2.39 merge.
