	This box has a dual-port ixl device. On multiuser boot it
	would hand hard (no panic and can't enter ddb). booting single
	user and replaying the commands from /etc/ifconfig.ixl1
	(ixl0 is not used yet) did panic with the message at
	http://largo.lip6.fr/~bouyer/ixl.pdf

	ifconfig ixl1 up
	ifconfig ixl1 media autoselect

	workaround: remove "media autoselect" from /etc/ifconfig.ixl*
