 Features look OK, but cpu_info_primary ci_data contains:
 
   cpu_index   = 0
   cpu_core_id = 16
   cpu_smt_id  = 0
   cpu_numa_id = 0
   cpu_cc_freq = 0
   cpu_cc_skew = 0
 
 Guessing _freq shouldn't be zero...
