 Verified that the following tests fail on a netbsd-10 kernel:
 
 - clonedev_posixspawn
 - dup3_posixspawn
 - fcntldupfd_posixspawn
 
 PR kern/58822: close-on-exec is broken for dup3 and opening cloning
 devices
