After this PR got closed I continued with efivar port in
http://gnats.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/query-pr-single.pl?number=57559 and it
was moved from pkgsrc-wip to pkgsrc half a year ago.  efibootmgr is
present in pkgsrc-wip.  So I think the PR is actually done.
