It is heavily based on acpibat(4).
>How-To-Repeat:
Notice that envstat(8) command produces no information on the battery status.

Apply this patch (which I'll also post for review).

The only thing I didn't like was having to attach to aed(4) as the
driver relies on the power manager to obtain battery information and
could not be attached to adb(4) as it has no bus address as such.
