I intended for this to support the easc as a light version not requiring
audio(4). However it would mean that pmap changes for the easc would apply
at the cost of memory. Also an interrupt handler would have to be added to
fill the FIFOs on the easc when the bell is ringing.
As of this writing there is an alternate solution for macs with an easc.
audio(4)/speaker(4)/wsbell(4)/ascaudio(4).
This combination of audio and virtual wsbell will provide (and thoughroughly
tested) console bell on easc equipped macs.
